Annika Cowles (she/her/hers) is an actor who values theatre and films that remind us there are no limits to our humanity. She believes that stage and screen spaces are where we can make the uncomfortable and comfortable collide, and where people can find common ground by being exposed to diverse stories. Annika hopes that by creating authentically compelling characters, she can encourage audiences to embrace the gray areas of our everyday life. 

 

Annika is an alumnus of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA), where she received a certificate in classical acting. She graduated cum laude from the University of Arts with a B.F.A. in Acting.   

       

When she isn't acting, Annika turns into a pumpkin and likes to be in bed by 9:30pm. At other times she enjoys going to gallery openings (enjoying the free wine), photography, exploring the city, hiking, hanging out with friends, and trying out new recipes (which has led to a great friendship with the neighborhood Indian restaurant when her culinary skills proved lacking).
